These borders can be geographical, generic, temporal, political, theological, or cultural and crossing them can lead to transgression or definition. The exchange and transfer between old and new forms, thoughts, ideologies and imaginations intensify as borders shift and converge.

巴國：如期參加與印國安顧問會談

（中央社記者何宏儒新德里22日專電）巴基斯坦總理夏立夫的戰略與外交顧問阿濟茲今天說，將「不帶任何前提」參加後天與印度國家安全顧問多瓦爾的會談。印方稍後開記者會，外界關切是否宣布取消會談。

阿濟茲（Sartaj Aziz）今天下午在伊斯蘭馬巴德召開記者會說，儘管夏立夫（Nawaz Sharif）、印度總理莫迪（Narendra Modi）7月在俄羅斯烏法（Ufa）會晤後的聯合聲明未提及，巴國認為克什米爾（Kashmir）是所有會談的當然議題。

阿濟茲說，「克什米爾當然在聲明裡，因為雙方同意討論所有重要議題。最重要議題是什麼人人皆知。克什米爾並沒直接出現在聲明裡」。

阿濟茲說他將「不帶任何前提」前往新德里，參加後天與多瓦爾（Ajit Doval）的會談。他說，「印方未正式取消會談，我將前往並盡力而為」。

兩國國安顧問會談前，巴國駐印大使巴西特（Abdul Basit）邀克什米爾分離主義領袖，明天與阿濟茲在新德里見面。

印方昨天「勸告」阿濟茲別跟克什米爾分離主義強硬派胡瑞雅黨派會議（Hurriyat Conference）領導人會晤遭拒。印度外交部發言人史威魯普（Vikas Swarup）昨天說，「片面強行加入新狀況，扭曲業經同意的議程，不可能在這前提下往前走」。

新德里只差沒正式宣布取消會談。印度外長蘇希瑪．史瓦拉吉（Sushma Swaraj）預定今天下午4時（當地時間）開記者會說明印方立場。

若阿濟茲和多瓦爾後天如期會晤，印方據報將提供巴國涉及恐怖攻擊的情資。阿濟茲今天反唇相稽，表示他將對準備把印度情報機構調查分析局（Research andAnalysis Wing）涉及巴國恐怖活動厚厚3疊卷宗交給多瓦爾。

他說：「如果24日會誤取消，我們會在9月聯合國大會時，同時把檔案交給多瓦爾和聯合國秘書長。」

未能阻止阿濟茲，新德里現在改從分離勢力領袖下手。準備明天跟阿濟茲會晤的多名克什米爾分離主義領袖，今天中午飛抵新德里後，在機場遭德里警方扣留、軟禁。1040822
